Dear Senator Kay Hagan:

We are trying to make contact with you to invite you the iCaucus vetting process for candidates who seek office at the federal, at the state, and at the local levels. We are sending the information about our process in the hope of getting a commitment from you. www.icaucus.org

iCaucus is extending this invitation to our vetting process for U.S. Senate now because we have successfully gotten candidates elected by getting the grassroots organized early. We are already doing interviews. We would hope that you would participate in this Citizen-led Job Interview by North Carolinians who wish to get to know their candidates well before the primary to make an informed decision.

iCaucus is a National, non-partisan citizen-led vetting and endorsement process that gives citizens the tools to engage directly in the political process. We do not deal with social issues. We strictly vet and endorse based on these principles:

1. Fiscal Responsibility

2. Constitutional Authority

3. Limited Government

This process is in a 50 question, questionnaire on these principles at the Federal level which can be done online by you. Then there would be a video interview via internet access on our website. This interview will be completed by a panel of leaders within the organization that include iCaucus Affiliate groups and individual members. The interview questions will not be given to any candidate prior to the interview, however all candidates will be asked the same questions if they are willing to participate in this process. The subjects for the interview questions will be the following:

1. Immigration/National Security

2. Education

3. Healthcare

4. Economy/Free Market Principles

5. Entitlement Programs

We have also taken precautions to ensure that should anyone attempt to get hold of the videos from the website and alter them in any way, we can and will pursue them. The purpose of this process is to band together the iCaucus members and Affiliate Organizations to endorse one candidate and work to get that candidate elected to office.

Please see www.icaucus.org. To register for the vetting process, go to the link: Vetting/Candidate.

Due to the time constraints involved, we ask that you please respond to this invitation by Wednesday, May 22st, 2013. You may also register as a candidate on our site at www.icaucus.org. Go to the Vetting tab and Candidate Registration. Also, attached are the Candidate Welcome and Registration packages for your perusal.

This letter is sent return registered receipt to your Washington DC office as well as email on Tuesday, May 7th, 2013. We are also blind copying our Affiliate Group leaders and friends of the grassroots groups to apprise them that this invitation has been sent, as they have requested this attempt to vet and endorse.

We look forward to working with your campaign through this process.  Please do not hesitate to call if you have questions.

Thank you,
