Vote for Constitutionally Conservative Candidates
PLEASE remember to vote FOR the NC Constitutional Amendment to provide that only a citizen of the U.S. shall be entitled to vote in any election in this State (found at the bottom of your ballot).

Please note, you vote your conscience. ATPAC will adhere to constitutionally conservative principles and values. Those running for office who demonstrate their commitment to upholding the law by protecting our Rights and our Votes will get our approval. The following list DOES NOT include all Republicans because some of them have fallen short of meeting our criteria.
During the 2024 NC Legislative Session, our NC senators and representatives in Raleigh have consistently ignored legitimate efforts to pass meaningful legislation to correct egregious deficiencies in our election laws that will likely be exploited. The NC General Assembly, specifically, the legislators who are missing on this list who serve on powerful committees, could have used the supermajority in the House and Senate to override Cooper’s vetoes, to clean up our voter rolls, remove illegals from our voter lists, and corral the out-of-control NC Board of Elections. They are not following Federal elections law and they make lame excuses for not doing so. They have done nothing.
The mission of the Asheville Tea PAC and Asheville Tea PAC FEC is to get candidates elected who adhere to and embrace our unwavering stand to uphold constitutional principles and values and to protect the inalienable rights. That begins with safe and secure elections.
